I need a little application thrown together that will allow me to drag shapes into a box and resize them. it will have an export button to save the area as a jpeg. an example is attached. this is a simple proggy and am not wanting to pay a lot for this... (Budget: $30-100, Jobs: Data Processing, Flash, Project Management)
